Deposits are credited to your betrpo wallet upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. betrpo is not responsible for delays caused by JazzCash, Easypaisa, or banking systems. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification requirements. betrpo reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by method: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours; bank transfers may take 2–5 business days.

All bets placed on betrpo are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable market rules. betrpo reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:
Bet settlement is based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. In cricket (including PSL, international matches), the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), or International Cricket Council (ICC) result is used as the official source. betrpo's decision on bet settlement is final.
betrpo reserves the right to limit stake amounts on specific markets, suspend betting on live events, or restrict maximum winnings for any account at its sole discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.
All casino games available on betrpo — including live dealer games, slots, and table games — use certified random number generation (RNG) or physical equipment monitored under studio conditions. Game outcomes are independent of previous results and cannot be influenced by betrpo or the player.
Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are displayed in each game's information panel. These represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. The house edge is inherent in all casino games.

betrpo reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abusing promotions through the creation of multiple accounts, collusion, or other manipulative behaviour will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any betrpo content without prior written consent from betrpo.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betrpo, its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:
